Christian Education Committee

As a continuously growing community and Church the Christian Education Committee strives to teach in engaging ways the youth (K-6th) of our congregation and community.

We provide an excellent Sunday School program and are always trying new and innovative ways to teach our children about the Word and Works of our Lord. Our dedicated teachers are always learning along with the children the best ways to engage them in the classroom and out of the classroom. Hopefully arming them with the information they need to live a spiritual life in God's Name.

Rally Day is an especially fun time for children. With games, food and fun we hope to reach out to children and get them excited about the upcoming Sunday School year. It is a time for parents to meet with teachers and the Superintendents, ask questions and sign their children up for the year.

Our Christmas program is an especially fun time for parents and children. We do our best to explore different ways to tell the story of our Lord's birth and all the Glory that goes with that time of year.

A new addition to our Sunday School program is our Sunday "FUN" Day. Where we meet as one large group instead of breaking into grades. Completing a lesson, craft and game as one unit. In doing this we hope to get all the children to interact with each other and the teachers so it will help provide more of a "family" atmosphere.
